How to prepare Shawarma:

 - Bring four pieces of chicken breast from the skin and bone and put in a deep bowl, sharp knife, make some cracks in the chicken pieces.
 - Bring a bowl with a box of yogurt, vinegar, a glass of olive oil, lemon juice, a teaspoon of garlic and onion, a cup of hot paprika, a teaspoon of ground halo, and a half teaspoon curry. Mix the ingredients and add to the chicken pieces. Soak it for a full night.
 - Next night bring a tray and put chicken pieces with the remaining mixture of the soak and stir them with the oven, and after cool, cut them with a sharp knife into long slices of thickness.
 - Put a pan on the fire with a tablespoon of butter and the amount of slices of chicken on the fire and stir them.

 Shawarma Sauce:

Which consists of a cup of tahini, a cup of mayonnaise, a cup of yogurt, lemon juice, a small teaspoon of mashed garlic and a little salt, mix the ingredients together to get a mixture.
 - Bring the bread to the Shasharma.
 - Put a tablespoon of sauce in each piece of bread, and put a number of chicken slices and a quantity of lettuce and pickled and roll them in a cylindrical manner and placed on the grill on both sides to brown completely.
 - Served with usually fried potatoes, pickles, salads and drinks.
