Ingredients:

         - 1/4 pound bacon (around 5 cuts), cut into 1/4-inch pieces

         - 1 medium onion, meagerly cut

         - 1 10-ounce bundle solidified spinach, defrosted and crushed dry

         - 1/2 mugs drain

         - 1 egg

         - 2 teaspoons genuine salt

         - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

         - 4 pounds Idaho potatoes (around 4 vast potatoes), peeled and cut into 1/8-inch cuts

         - 1 28-ounce would whole be able to tomatoes, depleted and generally slashed

         -   4 ounces Swiss, Cheddar, or mozzarella, destroyed

 How to prepare:

Stage 1:

Warmth stove to 450° F.

Stage 2:

In a substantial skillet over medium warmth, join the bacon and onion. Cook until the point when the onion is caramelized and brilliant dark colored, 9 to 10 minutes. Expel from warm, blend in the spinach, and put aside.
