Bread rolls of beta with parmesan cheese and mushrooms

Enough for: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 head of Portabello mushroom head
- 1/4 medium size red onion, cut into inch rings
- 2 leaves lettuce, lightly chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato, cut into thin slices
- 4 whole wheat bread with whole wheat
How to prepare:
1 - Combine mayonnaise, cheese, basil, garlic and salt
in a small bowl and set aside
2 - seasoning the heads of mushrooms and onions with
salt and black pepper as desired, grilled or grated in a grill oven with
mushrooms and onions for 8 minutes or until soft, the time of inflection
3 - Put the pieces of bread on the serving dish,
separate a teaspoon of mayonnaise evenly and place on the face lettuce,
mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and mayonnaise.
