Brunswick soup with ham and chicken
Brunswick soup with ham and chicken:
It is mainly made of tomatoes, several kinds of beans,
corn, okra, and other vegetables, one or more kind of meat, chicken is the most
common, or rabbit.
Brunswick soup with shoulder-cooked pork or leftover
pork, along with minced or minced chicken thighs and chopped vegetables.
Brunswick's early cooking was often made of squirrel, rabbit, even, and
nowadays cooks with pork, chicken and beef. This Brunswick soup is served with
corn bread, pickles, pickles or salad.
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- A tablespoon of chopped garlic (about 3 or 4 cloves of garlic)
- 3 cups potato cubes <1/2 cup frozen Lima milk

- 2 pork cups cooked shoulder or leftover pork
Melt the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium
heat. Add onions and cook food.
Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add potatoes,
lima beans, corn, chicken leaves and tomatoes.
Close the lid, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 minutes,
and vegetables can be used as cover.
Add roast sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar,
salt, black pepper, chili, chicken and pork.
Leave it on low heat for 15 minutes.
We bring corn bread or biscuits aside, along with a
clutch on the side.
Tip and point:
If you use pork drawn with roast sauce, use about 1 to
1 1/4 cups of barbecue sauce. Use your favorite barbecue sauce.
