Ingredients:

  •         1 teaspoon ground coriander

  •         1 Parmesan salt and pepper

How to prepare:

1-Season with salt and pepper.
2-In a medium heat pan, fry finely chopped onion, lemon and spices, add garlic in the other, and then stir from fire.
3-Mix the tamarind mixture with onion, garlic, lemon and scallions.
4-Pour the sauce over the fish (inside and outside) and keep more sauce aside.
5-Preheat oven at 200 ° C.
