Hamour grilled with tamarind
The oldest and easiest way to cook Hamour grilled with
tamarind in a short period and in an easy way.

Enough for: 6 people
Ingredients:
- Kilogram of Hamour is loose, diaphragm and open
- 1/2 kilo of tamarind sauce
- 2 finely chopped onion
- 6 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 Parmesan salt and pepper
How to
prepare:
1-Season with
salt and pepper.
2-In a medium heat pan, fry finely chopped onion, lemon
and spices, add garlic in the other, and then stir from fire.
3-Mix the
tamarind mixture with onion, garlic, lemon and scallions.
4-Pour the
sauce over the fish (inside and outside) and keep more sauce aside.
5-Preheat oven
at 200 ° C.
6-Bake the
fish for 30 minutes.
7-Serve with
rice and tamarind sauce.
